Looking for an app (Mac, iPhone, Apple Watch, don’t really care) to help manage some physical therapy exercises. Mainly need to be able to set a timer that repeats a certain number of times, preferably with a little break between them. Any suggestions?

I also recommend intervals. I’ve used it for years to do 5k training.
