Does anyone have any experience with bone conduction headphones?
Are they any good (and if so, any good brands)?
Or are they science fiction that doesn't quite work in the real world?

@ahnlak I have no clue about using them for any length of time, but I was quite impressed with the Shokz OpenRun when I tried them. I have never actually owned a pair. For the scenarios I am most interested in, regular options are available at a better price point.
Because they offer better situational awareness, a good place where you can try them out pre-purchase (at least over here) is shops dealing in running / outdoor equipment.
