When your satellite broadband engineer tells you that you need an entirely different set of receiving kit, because there is no line of sight to the satellite that you were supposed to be being connected to and you realise that this means at least another 10 days of "camping" at the local café to get work done and not being as "present" on online communities or in the lives of friends and family as one would like...

@BanjoFox I realise it __sounds__ like that, but it's got much more to do with our being tucked into the side of a mountain and being surrounded by trees and no one thinking to ask about that before sending out the dish and receiving kit for the more commonly used satellite ;-)
