It's highly probable that "Reject all" won't actually reject all… Like presse websites (all those who use IAB crap) have a lot of "third parties" and multiple purpose than can't be rejected, with still wing only marketing (mixing "delivering content and ad" as one purpose, claiming collecting data offline and mixing it with online collected data, or determining who use how many devices… or even advertising is "legitimate interest"… and other bullshit)
Those than cannot be turned off are usually hidden between those that can't be turned off (and still no guarantee they won't collect data).
Huge lists of "parteners" make it difficult to check that ALL are actually turned off… and even impossible to check those that has been turned off don't actually collect your data…
What if people just stop constantly defending M$, google, cr…apple, amazon, twitter, facebook and all the rest, for doing shit and being shit?
