But if you vote for X even though they're conservative to stop something worse, all X learns is they don't have to do better.

It seems like X wants to be conservative either way. You're just blaming voters instead of them.

@gwynnion I see a problem. 70+ million eligible voters that don't bother to vote also if like an explanation on why. Not because they have to but because they simply don't care or are unbothered by what goes on in DC. They can still buy fuel food clothes KFC or whatever. Politics doesn't effect them until they are ruled under a potential Dictatorship. Then what?
