#doctorwho is back to being its camp, silly, relentlessly good-natured self. Even if it doesn't always land every message (the 90s girl power ending was quite ham-fisted), the scene in the kitchen with Donna and Sylvia was so wonderful and powerful. In a time where transphobia in our politicians and childrens authors is on the rise, it's heart-warming to see something this influential try its best.
