Any of you Mastadonians use or have owned a FoodSaver Vacuum bag system?

It's just my SO and I, but I'd really use this to seal brittle to give as gifts. I can't depend on the weather to stay dry, and my home kitchen isn't climate controlled. I wonder if sealing the brittle will protect it from humidity, which as we know, is not great for candy.

Advice welcomed!
