Thinking about reviews this morning, mostly in the context of tools (or whatever you call the gear for what you do). I've grown pretty disinterested in the opinions of professional reviewers, and will check someone who actively does that kind of work instead. The opinions of those who mainly review tend to become increasingly masturbatory.

My ideal, I think, is someone who does a lot of tutorials, and does a rundown of equipment recommendations every now and then.
