NX2Unfortunately it seems to suffer from the same problems that other custom ROMs like GrapheneOS have these days. The same goes for if you root your stock OS. Like all the normal Android stuff works (even better) but as soon as you want to for example use the tap-payment features or the ID stuff from your government it doesn’t work. Also good luck trying to use for example Samsung smartwatches
Emerald (she/her)I don’t see why most of that would be necessary. Why do you need to be able to pay from your phone rather then a card? Why do you need your ID on your phone rather then a card?
Of course it’s not necessary, but it’s nice to have - it’s convenient.Thas always the decision you have to make. Either you sell away your data and freedom, and live “convenient”, or you don’t.
I know that some people have gotten Google pay to work on their rooted phone, but I’ve had no luck on my Samsung
