I'm still here. I still exist here. I check in about once or twice a day, but I've spread myself too thin - too many social networks, too many jobs (one paid, several unpaid, which... might make them something other than jobs but they still feel like work most of the time).

@th0rnleaf Pretty good, overall. I hear what you’re saying about the different social media. It’s an issue, to be sure. There are some things I find more enjoyable on BS, but it’s also still a convention-room demo with a mostly hand-picked/gated community, so how it’ll work when it’s actually distributed and opened up to the real world (especially given their whakadoodle ideas about moderation)…I’m dubious. That said, it’s open source, afaiu, so others might be able to set up better moderation tools on a per server level..? I dunno. 🤷🏽
Aside from that, I’m hoping to be visiting QC/Ont next year around end of August, as one of my oldest friends is getting married in Mtl, and I haven’t seen my mom in a long time. She’s not in the best health so, there’s a certain element of time sensitivity to it.
