Whenever you read a negative story about renewable energy, electric vehicles or heat pumps in the media ask yourself:

Could it be that vested interest groups funded and placed the story?

Rarely exposed but this stuff goes on all the time.

@janrosenow That's the wrong question to ask. OF COURSE if a story supports the interests of a group, that group would support the story.

The question you should be asking is "Is the story true?".

@bontchev @janrosenow Actually it's not is the story true, because I can believe many are, but the real question is: is the story representative or is it a cherry picked story from a small percentage of negative experiences and/or unrealistic expectations?
