Would you prefer a hands-off, leave them to their own devices kind of approach, a keep at arms reach gently advise, or something else altogether?

I think it would be better to share with them as much as they liked, without pushing anything on them.

However, I do not think that is what would happen. Humans are fucking predators and I’m pretty confident there is a large portion of society that would be for killing or enslaving any other species.
