I don't think he cares about that.
First, he would be able to push that and damage their ressources, he would not care.
Second, he plays his job as "defending the freedom of speech". Even if he looses, he win for his base, in a Trump style.
And also, he want to "prove" the medias are against him. The more he's attacked, the more support he'll get from some people.
