People can choose to switch off CW to have as much ass as they choose.
Also take a look at Pixelfed: Best described as an opensource Instagram alternative. If you're specifically into sharing pictures socially whilst retaining control of your data and not becoming the *product* you will find kindred spirits. It's all part of the ActivityPub protocol so plays nicely with Mastodon as it federated. You'll also find it easier to maintain a common identity across these outlets.
