Kevin Newman@tabacco @christianselig I used to be a barista and roaster and I own and endorse this machine. Not fiddly in terms of being able to adjust temperature or timing of when the water is dispensed, but easy to clean, nice shower head, and simple to use. The carafe stays hot for a long time and doesn't cook the coffee. No way to use a timer/alarm, but that's not important to me.
