Lol Max still being salty af about the 5s penalty 😂
At least he said he had no grip, and he wasn’t just claiming what he did was fine
Then he should have given the place back…
Yea but he knew he could make up the 5 seconds so just didn’t care. I don’t think such flagrant flaunting of the rules is ok but I don’t know of a good way to stop it, additional penalties for rudeness is wrong and the teams don’t care about fines

Give a time limit for serving penalties, eg 5 seconds to be served in the next 2 laps. Forcing an early pit stop is WAY more painful to a team than just 5 seconds.

Not a bad idea that, I’d say 5 laps is more reasonable though
