The name #BrainSaladSurgery was taken from the lyrics of Right Place Wrong Time by #DrJohn:

@Nickiquote in my defense I do have prosopagnosia but I didn't think lips were particularly different between genders.

@ArtBrew This is the inside of the gatefold cover, which opened to show the painting of the whole image. Apparently the model was Giger’s girlfriend. There was also an erect phallus under her mouth in the original painting(s), which was airbrushed out.

@Nickiquote aha! I had no knowledge of the 'reveal' so it makes sense now. Of course there were erect phalluses involved also! It wouldn't be giger without them.
