Shadow Heart@w7voa the bill was over government funding. Usually its centered on cutting domestic spending but what is never debated funding our military (which can't pass an audit) or military aid to foreign governments (Israel Ukraine). And these are always stop gaps for the convenient means of cutting programs and services.
