@Manqueman Firstly, that's not actually his name. Secondly, even though he's much less popular than his mum, you have to tread lightly around the monarch—it's like dissing the President of the USA, even if you personally hate the current incument they tend to have LOTS of fans who will get quite angry if you say anything rude about the POTUS.

As for dissing a POTUS here, it depends on party affiliation.
Also, it’s something of a regional thing. If one’s gotten around, one knows where in the nation one could do it, should do it, and should do it.
But, you know, nation in decline… (or already in decline for too many) things get crazy.
