KanaMaunaFor today’s work adventure, I get to drive two hours each way to Sacramento to..:watch a three hour PowerPoint presentation. No remote options because <insert ever-changing lame excuses>. The state of California delude themselves into thinking they are an enlightened, progressive government but really they are just another dysfunctional organization stuck in the mid 20th century.
Well that was 7+ hours that should’ve been an email.
What’s worse is that the only meaningful thing to come out of the meeting was that it probably was a superspreader event. 100 people from across the state, many coughing, and only two of us wearing masks.
