He actually founded the country when he got elected governor in all of the 13 colonies at the same time, and just said it would be to just form a new country. He then allowed George Washington to become the real 1st President even after Santos won 137% of the vote, opting to found the Space Force in 1777, knowing how important it will be to our military strategy 250 years later.
