It boggles my mind that all this pretrial posturing even exists. I realize the legal system is designed to make it hard to railroad someone, and that is a good thing. But just sea lioning the system should have some constraint.

without studying the AG's order in detail, it seems to me the wording about outside the Capitol was to prevent having the >1000 cases swept into and diluting Smith's assignment, thus leaving them to the regular justice system to pursue, NOT to say tfg cannot be held responsible for inciting them.
