It took a few days, but after submitting complaints to the BBB and CFPA, PayPal has restored our account.

PayPal's anti-terrorism regulations are causing headaches for average businesses

Venmo and PayPal have a wide latitude to flag transactions they deem suspicious. Are they being too overly broad when it comes to Arabic phrases.
