A kettle idea for 'muricans:

I can't believe it took me this long to realize that since I bought a single-burner induction cooktop, I could just dedicate that to the space my plug-in kettle sits on the countertop and use a stovetop kettle with it.

That will boil water in the kettle just as quickly, and then I'll have an extra (and faster!) burner whenever that will come in handy while hardly taking up any more counter space.

Plus, kettles that scream at you are more charming!

@TechConnectify I did not realize this. My household has a full induction cooktop and this could save precious counter space to fill with other clutter.

@TechConnectify This would be a new purchase in order to reduce...clutter...so yes, that would be in mind!

I will buy gadgets until I replace everything with more versatile/efficient alternatives, leaving me with more appliances, but less than doubling them! That's what matters.
