VERY cool preprint: sequencing the mucilage of the carnivorous sundew Drosera spatulata reveals a dominant acidophilic fungal species (Acrodontium crateriforme) that seems to assist in digestion of prey!

D. spatulata is a common sundew with a large range; here in Western Australia we have dozens of Drosera species. I wonder whether they are pulling off the same stunt!!
