Trump is a grown man who has surrounded himself with a bunch of misguided misfits, but at the end of the day, his decision to take their "advice" is his, and his alone. He could push back, but decides to fan the fires of hatred. It's his bully pulpit and, at the end of the day, his words and actions are his to own. He can't throw anyone under the bus because he chose the path, no one forced him. Therefore yes, single-handedly. Alas.
