Pleven: Where grumpy meets truthful!

Compared to other cities across Bulgaria, Pleven’s denizens have been labeled grumpy, unfriendly and downright depressed. Some time ago I used to believe it was true, and how could I not!

I feel like people in/from Pleven are simply more in touch with how they feel and are living in the moment - even if it’s a bad one. No need to guess how we feel. A quick look is enough!

I find it refreshing.
