yeah, i have a post to finish on the three of them. their precincts are *yikes* and representative of a different kind of gerrymandering that isn't too obvious in NYS because the regions are so huge but it's insidious in NYC: the make sure the conservative democrats outnumber the potentially progressive ones.

I just called my rep Angie Craig this morning. I spoke with one of her aides who said she was taking notes. I was clear about how upset I am and wondered out loud what Craig's motivation might be: ignorance of Israel-Palestine history, ignorance of what "free Palestine from the river to the sea" actually means (don't listen to H Jeffries or Greenblatt), lack of empathy for Rashida and all Palestinians, or pandering to AIPAC? I wish I could believe it will matter.
