If u haven't seen it,I advise u.It's a #MasterPiece Everything in the painting "The Venus of Rokeby" is mysterious and enigmatic but that canvas was painted around 1651 and was not prosecutd by Spanish Inquisition coz each member of high clergy in Rome wanted his own portrait made by Velázquez. My wish that Venus of Rokeby, of incalculable value,returns to Spain from where it'd never have left I'll dedicate my time to ensure this to happen
