Ok, Patriots assistants have failed all over the league. Can we all agree that the “Patriot Way” was having Belichick scheming the defense and Tom Brady executing the offense? Clearly, Bill was a defensive genius but a clusterfuck on handling players. His assistants clearly believe treating playera like shit is the secret sauce.

I’m still shocked that the Raiders saw how badly McDaniels fucked up the Broncos and decided that’s what their team needed. Treating players like shit and driving out your talent didn’t work then, not sure why they thought it’d work this time around.
