BlueDotAZLegal Mastodon, I need help. I am a public servant in AZ. Our new leader took a dislike to my boss. He has now given him an ultimatum, either he fire me or take a demotion and huge pay cut. We are having a "budget crisis" but there are other methods to solve it. I have evidence that he is doing this for malice and a desire to make my boss bend to his will. Does this meet the legal definition of extortion of a public servant found here? See number 7.
