@arstechnica OOC: It feels irresponsible to suggest that 110 years is a reasonably possible sentence. There is literally zero chance that he will receive that much time based on the fact that (1) his crimes stem from the same course of conduct and (2) he ticks basically none of the aggravating factors under the federal sentencing guidelines. When SBF inevitably gets sentenced to less (and probably a lot less) time, it makes it look like the justice system failed the public. But the justice system didn't fail us; it got a conviction on all counts.
