Creeping back up to 3pl for reps on sumo. I hope to be back to 4pl (405 pounds) within the next 6 months.

Goddamn I missed deadlifts.

Prior to covid (And not going to the gym for a while) I used to pull for ~500 pounds (I think it was 502 for single pulls) with a 420 squat for reps. I'm a big lad and it took a while to get there, but I'm sure I can get back given time and effort.

Priority one of course is not getting hurt, you only get one body.

@ModusMundi I’ve lowered my weights to focus on technique (“Hinge!”) but look forward to getting back up to 3+ plates. I’m also a big lad, but there’s no spare back or knees.
