My watch battery was low but I was too tired to walk downstairs and get the charger so I took it off, placed it on my nightstand and prepared to go to bed. A minute later I hear this woman asking if I'm okay. It was 911. My watch, on its own, called 911 and told them that I'd had a hard fall.

Now I'm wide awake. Plenty alert enough to go downstairs and get that charger.
