Vacate to... where? The grave?
"Pay" - the vast majority of people living the in Gaza Strip are desperately poor people who knew nothing about this attack before it happened, very many of whom are children.
Advocating for making a civilian population "pay" for the actions of a small number of criminals is morally wrong.
