Lostone1980, failed Wargamer@Dionysus Warlord Games does some orcs in plastic, they're the older Wargames Factory sculpts that they acquired.
They're more in the style of Ralph Bashski's animated Lord of the Rings mind you, and can be fiddly to build.
@Dionysus Though to be fair, other than the Shieldwolf Plastics, you won't really find GW style kits for orcs anywhere, Kromlech does do plenty of orcs in resin however in that style.
Otherwise your best bet is buy 2nd hand job lots off ebay, strip them down and restore & rebuild units out of those rescue lots.,
