@joshourisman yooo i think this was a side plot in Dan Dare comics of the 60s-70s-80s 🤔 (which was then revealed to be a giant hoax in the darker grittier Dan Dare reboot of the 90s, where it’s discovered that WE had been genociding the Venusians. And possibly eating some of them? I forget how it ended because the Revolver comic serial got cancelled 😬)
