Netflix confirms it is increasing subscription prices, again, after adding 8.8 million customers - Lemmy.World

I am going sailing…

Choose your Netflix Adventure:

  • Old show you’ve seen three times already.
  • Crappy show you lose interest in after five minutes.
  • Browse for fifteen minutes until you give up.
  • New great show that gets cancelled
But browsing for fifteen minutes and then deciding there’s nothing you want to watch is the best part!
“There’s nothing on TV” was our favourite evening pastime when I was growing up.
  • Watch a franchise with great source material get absolutely massacred by incompetent showrunners to the point that you can’t even bear to watch it anymore.
  • Search for a title you want to watch, autocomplete fills in the full movie but the movie isn’t available in your region / on netflix
💀 by far the worst part of netflix, if its in the search suggestions I should be able to watch it
If you don’t like it, don’t pay for it. What’s the problem here? I don’t get why everyone gets so pissy about it.

Also maybe add a movie to my list that I will never watch.
