Has anyone got any recommendations on baking trays that don’t suck?
Would love to have some that last more than a year or two.
I know dishwasher is the killer but also, would love them to be dishwasher friendly.

@miss_jwo we've adopted a layer of foil topped by a layer of parchment for all of our baking. The food doesn't stick to the parchment, and any oil/grease doesn't seep through the foil. The result are baking trays we almost never need to wash whatsoever. Often the foil is even reusable, too.
We also found and LOVE sheets of parchment, rather than a roll. They are the exact right size to fit inside our metal tray and, impossibly, cost less than rolls of parchment. A+, would recommend!
@rzen yea. I mostly roast veg soo I like the sides to crisp up. Think I’m gonna get some stainless steel trays and couple of enamel trays. But then again I wanna also try out aluminium ones I’ve seen, but it feels like overkill.
Wish I had become a tester soo I could try all the things but it’s soo wasteful. lol
@miss_jwo roasted veggies are the BEST! That's our most frequent use case, too.
I can't tell you which baking trays we have, which we love, but I bet @kjrichards can. We've used them for many years now and plan to for many years in the future
