Adding for context that we haven't had a traditional Christmas (with a Christmas tree, ect) in our own home because where we are staying our inlaws share different cultural beliefs. Which is fine, we respect that and we often find friends and fam who invite us over.
But Christmas hasn't felt the same for years. I'd really like to be able to wake up and experience that Christmas feeling together as a family again.
