@lovelylovely This is the best definition I have ever seen of why “all lives matter” is not a valid statement.

@lovelylovely Image description for last post:

"I say "Black Lives Matter" because "all" didn't cover Black when they said "All men are created equal."
I say "Black Lives Matter" because "all" didn't cover Black when they said "With liberty and justice for all."
I say "Black Lives Matter" because they're still struggling with the definition of "all"."

In the bottom-left corner is a raised black fist with the text "black lives matter!" wrapped around the wrist.

@lovelylovely

I remember when BLM first surfaced - some doofus at work was trying to pull that "all lives matter" shit.

I said, then, "The people yelling Black Lives Matter - are black, right? They don't feel their lives matter. And by the numbers, they matter less than anyone else's lives in the USA. So what is your problem with them saying that?"

@lovelylovely It's that, and to let say it up to us to say it. Sure, all lives matter, but how has this shown inclusion?
