You're right - this is for the absolute beginners.
But learning to build is not achieved by assembling such a model once, but by trying out different variants and realizing own ideas.
And now please look at the chassis and the mixer alone: these are just three huge parts, which could have been easily composed from existing basic bricks.
This would not have increased the level of difficulty very much and you would even have had capacity for other models.
