This is for all women who already knew this as they likely saw it happening to their mothers. Not sure what the consequences of this #nobelprize2023 recognition will be, but hopefully we all continue to push for policies that hold this reality as true to advance society. The gender gap is real & hurts everyone - and it's not going away by the magic of the "free market."
