Green pesto > red pesto

As an italian (born in the exact city that invented pesto) i cant say that there is no such thing as red pesto

The picture shows pesto that is red. Therefore red pesto exists

All pesto is green, That sauce is not green, Therefore that sauce is not pesto.

So you are telling me you trust big Italian?
