LockharTVMediaBREAKING: No criminal charges to be filed against Georgia State Troopers who shot and killed Manuel “Tortuguita” Teran, according to Stone Mountain Judicial Circuit DA George Christian.
The shooting took place on Jan. 18 near the site of Atlanta’s planned public safety training center.
DA Christian concluded that the use of lethal force was “warranted” by GSP troopers against Teran.
