@PCMag I won't get my hopes up that they do a better job than the UK. HS2 was basically killed for good, even some of the property on which the track was supposed to run is being sold.

@PCMag Not to mention that Japan has had high-speed trains for almost 60 years, France (TGV) for 42 years, and Germany (ICE) for 38.
