Such certainty, but has the transaction already closed? Usually it takes weeks for the lawyers, bankers, and accountants to close a corporate acquisition. Maybe things are still in flux? Maybe Bandcamp wasn’t as financially stable as believed? Maybe Epic really screwed up the Bandcamp business? Maybe there’s no way to keep BC in its current state going, with the same features and same number of employees? We just don’t know much at all yet.
