Today I saw clips of one elderly with Alzheimers Disease on Tiktok and realized one of my housemates has been exhibiting similar symptoms. I told my cousin about it, but we don't know how to tell her personally. We could be wrong and she would surely feel offended.
She has no children to look after her. Her husband is dead. We can't watch over her forever too. Of course, I wouldn't want my mother to stress over and deal with it as well. Are we being too selfish?

If this is alzheimers, there may be some actions that can delay the symptoms. The sooner the better. Also, it sounds like she is still at a point where she can make some decisions for herself, and if it were me, I would want that.
If not, there may be some offense, but your conscience should be clear if you're acting with love.
