I'm not saying FedEx is all roses, but they seem to piss me off less than UPS.
USPS has been so much better than either of them for years for me, and that says something. :)
Jet@thumper both have loaded a package for me on their trucks 3 days in a row and failed to deliver it to my house… both within the last 3 weeks. I don’t get it.
@Jet_Der_Hund They are so short staffed here, I've seen stuff make it across the country in a day or two and sit at the local distro 'out for delivery' for up to 2 weeks before it finally is delivered.
Specifically today I hate that I have no control over when a company ships me something or who they use, so of course right after I put in my vacation hold for this weekend, bam, $10 fee from UPS because something shipped for me to arrive over the weekend, now being held instead.
@Jet_Der_Hund Particularly insulting when the item being held isn't even $10... third time this has happened. At least FedEx and USPS don't charge for vacation holds.

UPS and FedEx are terrible.
