Undiscovered ScotlandCullen, a lovely town and harbour on the Moray coast and the original home of “Cullen Skink”. Sandwiched between the sea wall on one side, and the curve of the main road on the other, is the fishing village, Seatown of Cullen, with the rest of the town visible in the background. Eric H@UndisScot I had the pleasure of visiting The Chlachain Inn in Mallaig and enjoying theirs which, apparently, one second place at the world championship. They say they lost to a Nan who had more years than all of them combined. The owner sat and wrote down the recipe for us to bring home. #scotland #cullenskink
